1200-S ORP Sensors
High-quality pH electrode based on combination electrode technology.
Plug-and-play with Hach digital sc controllers thanks to integrated digital electronics in the ORP sensors. Available in PEEK, Ryton or Stainless Steel body materials and many mounting styles.
| Flow | Maximum 3 m (10 ft.)/second |
| Compliance | For non-hazardous and non-marine applications only |
| Electrode type | General Purpose |
| Warranty | 24 aylar |
| Sensitivity | ± 0.5 mV |
| Transmission distance | Maximum 100 m (328 ft.) Maximum 1000 m (3280 ft.) when used with a termination box |
| Operating temperature range | -5°C - 70°C (23°F - 158°F), pHD and ORP. Before the first pH calibration, calibrate the temperature measurement while the sensor is in water or buffer at approximately the same temperature as the pH buffers. Please note: when the sensor is placed in the application sample, if there is a difference of more than 10°C (18°F) between the sample and the previous temperature/pH calibration, it is recommended to recalibrate the temperature with the sensor in the sample to maintain a temperature accuracy of ±0.5°C (±0.9°F). |

The differential electrode measurement technique gives the sensors high performance. Proven accurate in the field, this technique uses three electrodes instead of the two used in conventional pH/ORP sensors. The process electrode and reference electrode measure pH/ORP differentially with respect to a third ground electrode. The result is unmatched measurement accuracy, reduced potential at the reference junction and elimination of sensor ground loops. These sensors provide greater reliability while reducing downtime and maintenance.
