The M1100 sensor provides instant oxygen readings with a two-second measurement frequency. It delivers drift-free, consistent readings for 12 months without calibration (with standard weekly clean-in-place processes), outperforming other optical sensors that show significant drift after only a few months under similar conditions.
The M1100 pioneered the use of luminescent technology in beverage applications, so this sensor requires no membrane or electrolyte replacement. And because sensor accuracy is not affected by process changes or pressure shocks, maintenance is reduced even further. Annual maintenance is limited to just a few minutes for zero-point calibration.
